Simon Walton
Simon has over 30 years experience in the property industry, previously as Managing Director of one of the North West’s largest Estate Agents, followed by 10 years as Managing Director one of the UK’s leading companies in property and land compensation for the presence and disturbance of high and low voltage electricity apparatus.
Simon has successfully managed and negotiated over 7000 residential, commercial and land cases throughout the UK since 2004 and has built up an in-depth knowledge of all aspects relating to claims against the various Electricity Companies.
Richard Homer
Richard has spent most of his career in property, starting in the 1980s.
Working with Taylor Walton since 2016, he has a detailed knowledge of all aspects of power line claims. His primary role is to manage cases through from offer to completion, ensuring clients receive payment.
Charlie Walton
Charlie joined Taylor Walton in 2015 and has been closely involved in all aspects of the business including Wayleave agreements and now specialises in High Voltage easement cases.
Andrew Allison
Andrew has 40 years’ experience as a property professional being qualified in both the residential and commercial sectors. He began his estate agency career in 1979 being the third generation of a family business based in Cheshire. He has worked for a major Plc in South Manchester and latterly for an established multi-branch independent estate agency. Andrew also has extensive planning and property development experience and brings a diverse understanding of land and property.
Henry Walton
Henry has joined Taylor Walton having worked in London for a property development and management business, dealing with most of the major property developers in the South of England. His diverse knowledge of the property sector will prove to be a great asset.
